- Sedona Elite Properties cannot guarantee that any “no pet” property is completely free of pet allergens. Guests with sensitivities should plan accordingly. Assistance animals are approved on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation and are protected under the Federal Fair Housing Act; therefore, they are not subject to pet fees, deposits, or rent.
- Sedona Elite Properties is not responsible for internet speeds or connectivity at any property. While we strive to provide reliable service and up-to-date equipment, uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed. If consistent internet access is essential, tenants are responsible for securing supplemental solutions. Please note that Sedona and the greater Verde Valley are relatively rural areas, and service interruptions may occur.
- Interior furnishings and their condition are subject to change. Photos shown in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee the presence, condition, or arrangement of specific items.
- Sedona Elite Properties represents the landlord. While we are committed to fair and professional dealings, no explicit or implied warranties or representations are made beyond those outlined in the lease agreement.
- In accordance with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state laws, verified service animals and emotional support animals are permitted with appropriate documentation. These animals are not subject to pet fees, pet rent, or pet deposits.
- A security deposit of $1,500 is required for rentals up to and including 90 days. For rentals exceeding 90 days, a security deposit equal to one (1) month’s rent will be required.
