• Sedona Elite Properties cannot guarantee that any of our "no pet" properties are completely free of pet allergens. For those that are pet sensitive. please plan accordingly.  In addition, assistance animals will be approved on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation; assistance animals are protected under Federal Fair Housing and not subject to deposits of any sort. 
• Sedona Elite cannot be held responsible for internet speeds and connectivity at properties. We will work to maintain the highest levels of internet service and the most up-to-date hardware, but cannot guarantee anything.  If constant internet connectivity is imperative, it is up to the tenant to supply any supplemental measures to connect to the internet.  Sedona and the Greater Verde Valley are still a relatively rural area; infrastructure updates are being made, but there can still be issues.
• Interior furnishings and their condition can change from time to time.  Photos presented in the above advertisements do not necessarily guarantee the presence of a specific piece of furniture or the arrangement thereof.
• Sedona Elite represents the landlord.  A fiduciary duty is owed to the tenant; however, there no explicit or implied representation.
